Prakriti governs your structure, function, affinities, tendencies and susceptibility to diseases. Or Prakriti is our nature, our “constitution” , with which we were born. While our Vikruti is our current state, often referred to as our “imbalance” .
These imbalances are called Vikritis , are assessed by Practitioners through a Trividha Pariksha or three fold examination (observation, questioning and touch). Based on this assessment of both Prakriti and Vikriti, a healthcare plan is provided.
