Eating healthy doesn’t need to be complicated, time-consuming or boring – it’s a journey full of rewarding experiences!

As a wellness practitioner, I often get asked the question: “What to eat to make me healthy? I am excited to open myself to guide you and support you in your journey of health goals!

I remember my days of confusion - Am I eating right? What can I do better?

I sought advice from nutritionists & health experts and experimented extensively on my own before being able to answer this question confidently for myself.

Along the way I had to sort through misleading marketing and propaganda behind certain food products, supplements and dietary advice. The more sense I made of everything, the more I started to give unsolicited advice to interested friends and family and discovered that I have a passion for helping people develop a simple and clear approach to eating well.

We all have unique needs.

I want to help you have a clear path for eating right, and living healthy.

One on One Health Coaching

Two sessions in a month.

These sessions will be geared 100% towards your health condition. We will be doing a 60 to 90 minute session, where we will be discussing diet, nutrition, recipes and lifestyle plans which you can incorporate daily. We will be working together, to achieve your health goals.

Each Session - $100

Group Health Coaching

I will be guiding a series of 6 sessions over a period of 6 months. (8-10 Participants/Group). The next series begins in Jan 2020.

Corporate Health Days

If your company has a wellness event or goal, I would love to be of help in establishing the health needs of your staff and defining a strategy to help everyone create a healthy and productive work ethic. I can teach a yoga class or conduct individual health consultations onsite or give a talk on a key theme in health and wellness. Email me to see how we can work together.

Healthy Kitchen Makeover

This can be a stand-alone event or part of a longer Health Coaching Programme. I will come to your home and help create a strategy/lay-out for a healthier kitchen. We’ll focus mostly on what’s in your pantry but also look at what items you have or may need to assist you with easy, simple, clean and nourishing cooking.

Assisted Food Shop

Health food stores can be like maze when we first experience them. And there is such a thing as healthy junk food. It can be overwhelming, but I’ll walk you around and help you navigate the aisles so you can make sure whatever you put in your basket will make its way into your tummy and keep you feeling great.
